Belgian-Style Abbey Ale

This Belgian-style Abbey Dubbel is an exceptionally complex beer with many interwoven flavors. This classic-style Abbey beer features an immense head with a fruity nose and a generous body. Malty in the middle, the beer features a clean, almond dry finish and a slight alcohol warmth. More like a wine than a beer—it has a lot of the qualities of a fine red wine. 7.2%abv. Xtra- Pale Ale

An American- style Xtra Pale Ale (XPA) highlights the subtle and sophisticated flavors of our American Midwest grown malts. Washington grown Northern Brewer and Palisade hops create an extremely balanced beer with a beautiful straw color. This crisp and refreshing ale is a session beer for sure! 4.5% abv. Bronze Medal Winner at 2009 Carolina Championship of Beer.

Winter Stout

An aromatic blend of chocolate and roast malts truly enhances this Stout. Our Stout is a solid, satisfying beer with a rich black over ruby hue, creamy tan head, coupled with an underlying espresso finish. There is no coffee in this stout , but you sure taste the "Best of Both Worlds". 5.6%abv. Silver Medal Winner at the 2009 and Bronze at the 2010 Carolina Championship of Beer.
